This page is my personal cookbook, these are recipes I've acquired from various cookbooks/sources. Feel free to copy and use any of these! While not in extensive great detail and they may be missing exact steps, this page might inspire you to start your own cookbook or deepen your cooking skills! This list is always a work in progress and not perfect :) Please follow all necessary safety procedures.

Breakfast:

Avocado Toast: Toast, Avocado, Everything Seasoning.

Baked Eggs with onions and cheese: 1/2 stick butter | 2-3 onions chopped | 1 cup bread crumbs | 2 cups shred cheese | 8 eggs | Toast/Muffins. 350 Oven. Melt butter + onions on skillet. Transfer to 9x13 pan Half of bread crumbs + cheese, sprinkle on. Make 8 "nest" for the eggs, top with S+P. Then add rest of onions + cheese + bread crumbs. 15-20 minutes.

Breakfast Tortilla: 2 eggs | Green Onions | Jalapenos | Tortilla | Cheese | Sour cream. Combine all

Everything Bagel: 2 eggs, 1 slice cheese, S+P, (opt. Bacon, Avocado, Ham).

French Toast: 1 egg | 1/2 cup milk | 1/2 tbsp vanilla | 4 slice bread. Beat egg, add milk + vanilla into bowl. Heat pan. Dip bread into mixture. Fry until brown. Add cinnamon/syrup/fruit to taste.

Homemade Granola: 3 cups Oats | 1/2 cup Olive Oil | 1/2 cup Maple Syrup | 1 cup Chopped Nuts (Almonds, Pumpkin Seeds, etc). Preheat 315. Large bowl mix all ingredients. Parchment paper, spread onto all. Bake 15, stir mix. Bake 15, stir mix again. Finally bake 10 minutes no stir. Put into large mason jar; serve with yogurt/milk/fruit.

Make Ahead McMuffin: Muffins, Eggs, Sausage Patties, Cheese. Cook eggs in muffin pan, 400F for 10-12 minutes. Cook patties on stove top, lightly toast muffins. Wrap in foil and store in the freezer. Thaw in the fridge before eating, wrap in a paper towel microwave 1-2 minutes.

Scratch Pancakes: 2 cups flour | 2 tsp Baking Powder | 1/2 tsp Salt | 1 tbsp sugar | 2 eggs | 1 1/2 - 2 cups milk | 2 tbsp Butter + more. 1 bowl add dry ingredients, in another mix egg + milk. Then gentle mix the two together. Then pour onto skillet and cook like normal. Add fruit/nuts/chocolate as needed

Seven Layer Bars: 1/2 cup butter | 1 cup of the following: graham cracker crumbs, butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, chopped pecan, condensed milk, shredded coconut. 350F Parchment paper. Medium bowl combine butter + crumbs bottom of pan. Add each ingredient by layer, milk then coconut for the last.


Lunch:

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad: 1 lb bacon | 12 oz Rotini | 15 oz Peas | 1/2 cup Mayo | 1/2 cup Milk | 1/2 cup Sour Cream | 1 1oz packet dry ranch | 1 cup shredded cheese | 1 large tomato. Cook bacon fully, set aside. Bring large pot to boil, add noodles peas and carrots. Cook about 10 minutes, drain and set aside too. Whisk mayo milk sour cream ranch and cheese in bowl. Mix all together. Chopped tomato and bacon into pieces, mix all together

Baked Potatoes: 4 Potatoes | Olive Oil | Kosher salt. Peel/clean potatoes, drizzle 1 tablespoon oil and some kosher salt. Lay on middle rack with pan underneath; 425F for one hour. Cut in half top with cheese, sour cream etc

Bread Machine Basic Bread: Water 340ML | Oil 2-3 Tbsp | Salt 1.5 tsp | Sugar 3 tbsp | Flour 3.5 cups| Yeast 1 tsp. Machine setting #1

Busy Day Soup: 1 lb ground beef | S+P | 1 onion soup mix packet | 1 can 28 oz diced tomatoes | Frozen mixed veggies | 1 cup macaroni. Cook beef in a large soup pot. No pink, drain. Add 5 cups of water, onion soup and can of tomatoes, stir. Simmer on medium for 30 minutes. Add veggies/macaroni to pot, 10-15 minutes. Serve.

Chicken Noodle Soup: Butter + Oil | Onions| Carrots | Celery | Garlic | Basil |Parsley| Chicken Broth| Chicken| Wide Egg Noodles. Melt butter, add onion/celery. Cook. Then add rest of ingredients bring to boil. Reduce heat simmer 20 minutes

Chicken & Rice : 2 cups rice | 2 cans cream of chicken soup | 1-2 cups chicken broth | 2 1/2 pounds chicken | broccoli/veggies | 1 package onion soup mix. Layer the bottom of a greased pan with rice, cream of chicken, chicken broth, the chicken, broccoli and top with onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350. Top with cheese.

Chicken & Rice Burrito: (A) 3-4 lbs of chicken | 2 taco seasoning packets | 1 tbsp lime juice | 1 cube chicken bouillon |15 oz can of green enchilada sauce | salt pepper. (B) 2 cups rice | 5 diced Roma tomatoes | 3 jalapenos | 1-2 onions | 500 grams of Greek yogurt | shredded cheese. Add and Mix all of (A) in a slow cooker, 3 hours low. Shred then add (B) let rice cook for 20-30 minutes and then add rest of (B) veggies into the mix and cook for 5~ minutes. Add yogurt and cheese and roll. Makes roughly 20-24 burritos.

Dandelion Burger: Cups of fresh Dandelions | flour | salt | 1 egg. Let dandelions soak in a salt brine for 30 minutes. Then let dry in a strainer. Pour dandelions into flour in a bowl. Mix together then add an egg. Form into patty and cook till golden brown.

Egg Drop Soup: 6 cups chicken stock | 1 tbsp Soy sauce | 4 eggs | S+P | 2 scallions chopped | 1 tsp Sesame oil. Stock + soy bring to boil. In another bowl beat eggs. Once boiled, reduce temp slightly and add eggs. Scramble softly. Then finish with with veg + oil.

Hash Brown Potato Casserole: 1 30 oz Shred hash browns | 1 10.5 oz can of cream chicken soup | 1 cup shred cheese | 1 cup sour cream | 1 stick butter | 1 cup corn flakes. 325F spray, large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Transfer into a pan and top with corn flakes. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.

Italian Tomato Sandwich: 2 slices sourdough | 2 tablespoon basil pesto| 2 slices thick tomatoes |2 slices fresh mozzarella. Combine all for a mean sandwich.

Lentil Soup: 2 tbsp Olive oil | 1 onion | 1 medium Celery | 1 Carrot chopped | 1 cup Lentils | S+P. Cook onions in skillet, then add other veggies. Then, add lentils and 6 cups water. 25-35. S+P to finish.

Little Potatoes: Potatoes | 2 tsp oil | oregano/thyme | salt/pepper| Cheese | Garlic/Onion | Italian seasoning. 400F oven, toss all ingredients into a bowl. 30-40 minutes, poke with fork to see if done.

Mini Chicken Pot Pies: 1 cup chicken | 1 cup frozen mixed veggies | 1 can cream of chicken soup | 1 tube crescent rolls | shredded cheese. Olive oil, 350 oven, mix all ingredients together, flatten biscuits into muffin pan, spread mixture on top of biscuits while pressed down. Sprinkle cheese, then bake for 15 minutes.

Miso: 1/2 cup any Miso | 1 1/2 lb Tofu | 4 scallions chopped. 6 cups water, bring to steam then ladle 1/2 cup into a small bowl. Mix with Miso. Transfer back to main pot with Tofu + Veg. No boil. Store leftovers

Pizza Bagel: Bagel. Add cheese, tomato sauce, pepperoni and spices. Bake for around 5 minutes 400-450.

Rosemary + Garlic Potatoes: 2 lbs potatoes | 2 tbsp Olive oil | 1 tbsp Garlic | 1 tbsp Rosemary. Oven 400, scrub + peel. Cut into chunks, douse in oil. 20 minutes in oven, then flip/stir. Add herbs then 20 more. Stir again then 20 final minutes.

Sushi: Wash the rice. Cook rice. Onto the sauce: 1 tsp salt 2 tsp of sugar 4 tbsp of rice vinegar. Cover sauce onto rice stirring. (Optional: Carrot Cucumber Spring Onion // Salmon Tuna Mackerel etc.) Nori Roll with seaweed. Spread rice onto the rough side NOT shiny. Put ingredients in the center. Rolling: slowly roll it and apply pressure.

Taco Salad: 1 lb ground beef | 1 packet taco seasoning | 1 head lettuce | 1 can Black Beans | 1 cup shred cheese | 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved) | 1 oz bottle Catalina Salad Dressing | 1 10 oz bag Doritos. Skillet - Med-Heat, Beef until no pink. Remove and add 1/4 cup water and taco packet. Mix together and simmer on low. Combine all together, add dressing and crushed up Doritos to sprinkle on the salad


Dinner:

Cheesy Bean & Rice Tacos: 20 small packs of tortilla | 1 can of re-fried beans, | 1 pack of Mexican rice | Shredded cheese.

Crockpot Chicken: Place lid on the crock pot and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 5 hours until chicken is done

Copycat KFC Famous Bowl: 6 servings mashed potatoes | 1 24 oz package popcorn chicken cooked | 1 15 oz can corn drained and heated | 1 pkg beef gravy cooked | 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Assemble bowls by layering potatoes, corn, chicken, gravy and then top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Fried Fish: 1/4 cup flour, 1-2 eggs, Panko bread crumbs, oil for deep frying. Combine all onto fish, fry.

Mac N Cheese from scratch: 3/4 stick butter | 2 1/2 cup milk | 1 lb Noodles | 3 tbsp flour | 6 oz shred cheese | 1/2 cup Parmesan | 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Oven 400, 9x13 pan add 2 of the tbsp butter. Bring stockpot to boil with water. In another heat milk until bubbles. When water boils, add noodles. Then cook, drain with cold water. With 1/3 pasta transfer to pan. Add 1 tbsp flour+chesse+bread crumbs. Repeat until layered. Dot with rest of butter and pour warm milk over. Oven for 30-40 minutes.

Orange Chicken EZ: 5 cups or roughly 40 oz Chicken Nuggies | 1⁄2 cup BBQ | 1 cup orange marmalade | 3 tbsp soy sauce. Cook nuggies, mix sauces into a bowl, microwave for 45 seconds. Cover the nuggets with sauce and serve with rice/veggies.

Oven Fried Fish: 1/2 stick or 4 tbsp oil/butter | 1 1/2 lb Fish | 1 1/2 cup milk | 2 cups bread crumbs | 2 lemons quartered. 450 oven, butter/oil in pan. While heating, cut fish into chunks. Stir in a bowl of milk, let them sit. Once heated, remove from milk and dip into bowl of bread crumbs. Transfer to pan and use rest of oil/butter. 10-15 minutes depending on fish. Serve with fresh lemons

Parmesan Baked Pork Chops: 4 boneless pork chops | 1 tablespoon olive oil | S+P | 1 cup Italian bread crumbs | 1 cup Parmesan. Teaspoon garlic | Preheat oven 350F rub pork chops with oil, season both sides with S+P. In a dish, mix Parmesan, bread crumbs and garlic. Press the pork chops into the mixture on both sides, bake for 25-35 minutes.

Pepper Poppers: 1 block cream cheese | 1-2 cups cheddar | onions/garlic |Spices |1 cup Panko bread crumbs. 1/2 cup Parmesan. Make a filling mix. Slice peppers, fill with mix. Rub in the bread mix. 15-20 minutes for 350. Serve with ranch, sour cream etc.

Spaghetti: 1lb ground beef | 1 onion | 1 bell pepper | 28oz diced tomato | 16 oz tomato sauce | 6oz tomato paste | oregano/basil, S+P. Add all tomato and simmer for 1 hour stirring occasionally. Close to the end of that, begin bringing water to boil for noodles. Then chop veggies and cook ground beef. 15 minutes. Use seasoning to spice it up

Stuffing: Regular - follow instructions on box Homemade - 1. Oven 350. 2. Butter pan, add onions, celery and poultry seasoning. Cook for 10-12 minutes. 3. Bread cubes in a large bowl, add mixture. 4. Pour broth over until cubes moist (Not Soggy) and mix. 5. Pour into pan, 45 minutes

Stuffed Bell Peppers: 6 peppers | 1 1/2 lb beef | 1 onion | 1 garlic bulb | 1 1/2 cup rice | 15oz tomato sauce | Italian, Cheese | 350F, slice peppers remove insides. Place cut side down on pan with 1 1/2 cup water. 25 minutes. Prepare meat + veggies. Mix all together with rice. Remove from oven, fill. Oven for 25 minutes. Serve

Taco’sInnaBag: Beef/taco-seasoning/chip bag/lettuce/cheese/sour-cream/salsa/jalapenos Cook ground beef, then mix all together in single serve bags


Desert:

3 Ingredient PB Cookies: 2 cups PB, 1-2 cups sugar, 2 eggs. Mix together.

Banana Bread: 2-3 bananas, 1 stick butter, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp vanilla, 2 cup flour, 1 tsp baking soda+powder. Setting #4 on bread machine, mash banana and mix egg. Wet bottom then dry top

Blueberry Coffee Cake: 2 cups flour | 1/4 cup sugar | 2 1/2 baking powder | 3/4 cup milk | 1/3 cup vegetable shorten-er (like Crisco) 1 egg | 2 cups blueberries. Topping = 1/3 cup flour | 1/2 cup sugar | 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 stick butter. 350F spray 9x13 pan. Large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder. In a different bowl mix milk, egg, and shorten-er. Combine both bowls and mix in blueberries. For the topping, medium bowl mix the flour, sugar and cinnamon. Use a fork to mash butter into the mixture. Crumble over butter. Pour over batter and bake for 45

Blueberry Dump Cake: 6 cups blueberries | 1/4 cup sugar | 1tsp vanilla extract | juice of 1/2 of a lemon | 1/4 tsp cinnamon | 1 box yellow cake mix | 1 stick butter (cut into cubes)| Whipped cream. Preheat oven to 350, in a medium bowl combine all ingredients EXCEPT cake mix & butter. Pour into 9 x 13 pan, then pour cake mix over. Dot the top with the cubed butter, bake 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream and a ice col' pop

Cobblers: 9x13 pan. Fruit + Yellow Cake Mix + 12 oz soda. Mix together. 350 for 45 Peach Cobbler - Peaches, Cinnamon Mixed Berry- Berries + Verners Ginger Ale

Cup o’ Dirt: Bottom to Top= Chocolate jello, Hershey caramel, crushed Oreo, gummy worms.

Fluffer Nutter: PB/Marshmallow Fluff/Banana Sliced

Fudge: 1.5 sticks butter | 3 cups sugar | 6 oz evaporated milk |1 tsp vanilla | 1 jar marshmallow fluff | 1 bag chocolate chips. Medium heat, dissolve butter sugar and milk. Simmer, slow mix. Want smooth texture. Remove from heat. Add marshmallow, once mixed add chocolate. Pour into the pan, let chill. Once chill cover and refrigerate. Serve

Mochi (✿◠‿◠): 1 cup glutinous rice flour (Sweet rice flour) | 1/4 cup sugar | 1 cup water, food coloring (optional) | Cornstarch | Ice Cream. Scoop ice cream onto a parchment paper sheet and freeze. Combine rice flour and sugar. Mix and add water + food coloring. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute. Fold the dough and microwave again for 30 seconds. Place a piece of parchment paper onto the counter-top and dust with cornstarch, flatten dough and use cookie cutter molds. Take ice cream out and wrap it up. Roll in plastic wrap and put back in the freezer ready in an hour then whenever.

Puppy Chow: 4 cups square Chex mix | 1/2 cup chocolate chip | 1/4 cup PB | 2 tbsp butter | 1/4 tbsp vanilla | 3/4 cup sugar Pour cereal into a bowl. Pour sugar into a Ziploc bag. Melt butter and chips PB and add vanilla. Stir. Pour mixture over cereal. Pour cereal mixture into a sugar bag. Shake and serve.

Reese’s Bars: 1 big cup peanut butter | 5 cups powdered sugar | 1 cup brown sugar | 1 stick butter | 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Topping = 1/2 stick butter | 2 cups chocolate chips. Bars: large bowl, combine PB, sugar, brown sugar, butter and vanilla. Press mixture into bottom of 9x13 dish. Topping: Microwave together and pour over batter. Fridge for 3-4 hours and cut into pieces

Rice Pudding: 1/3 cup white rice | 1/2 cup sugar | pinch salt | 4 cups milk. Oven 300, combine all in large bowl. Bake 30 minutes, then stir. 30 more, stir again. 30 more stir. Last 30, check often. Done after 2 hours total. Top with cinnamon, nutmeg, chopped nuts or vanilla extract


Basic / Snack:

5 Million Dollar Dip: 8 oz shred cheese (cheddar) | 5 green onions chopped | 1 1/2 cup Mayo | 1/2 cup bacon bits. Med bowl, add all together. Stir well in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!

Chocolate Syrup: 3/4 cup Cocoa powder | 1 cup sugar | 1 cup water | 1-2 teaspoon vanilla extract | 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt. Mix cocoa, sugar and water over medium. Simmer, then lower heat. Stir frequently, no boil. Remove from heat Salt + Vanilla. Store in drizzle bottle.

Croutons: 1/2 large loaf | 2-4 tbsp Butter/Olive oil. Oven 400. Chop bread into cube, spread or brush butter or oil. 10-20 minutes, stir with spatula as needed

Fiesta Corn Dip: 3-15 oz cans corn, drained | 1 14.5oz diced tomatoes | 8 oz cream cheese softened | 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese | 1 green bell pepper | 1⁄2 cup sour cream | Tortilla chips. Add all ingredients to slow cooker, High for 2 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve with chips.

Garlic Butter: 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter | 1 tbsp parsley or chives | 2 garlic cloves grated | 1/2 tsp sea salt. Soften butter and mix all together

Herb Dip: 1 bunch Parsley/Dill | 2 cups sour cream | 2 scallions chopped | 1 tbsp lemon juice | S+P | 6 cups veggies/crackers. Mix all together

Pumpkin Seeds: Soak seeds in salt water overnight. Butter, salt, pepper. Dry seed and apply spices. 400 for 15 minutes, check often.

Popcorn: olive oil in pan, add 3 kernels + lid. Wait until popped, remove from heat for 1 minute, while adding the rest of the kernels and mixing with the rest of the oil. Back to heat and finish. Top with butter + salt or any spices / sweets

Vegetable Stock: 1/4 cup Soy sauce | 2 large onions (not chopped just halves) | 4 carrots (just chopped) | 4 large Celery chopped | 1 large Potato chunks | 6 garlic cloves (just skin removed) | 15 button Mushrooms | 2 tomatoes chopped | 6 sprigs fresh parsley. Add soy + all veggies with 1 gallon of water. Boil, then lower temperature. Cook at least 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Drain and store in mason jar. Add meat and eat leftover veggies.

Vinaigrette inna Jar: 1 cup olive oil | 1/2 cup white vinegar/balsamic | 2 tsp Dijon mustard | S+P. Mix all together and shake, store in fridge few days

Wasabi Peas: 2 cups peas | 2 tsp Olive oil | 1 tsp Wasabi Paste | 1 tsp Matcha Powder. Oven 350, spread peas on baking sheet. Drizzle 1 tsp oil, bake 40-50 minutes. Remove add last tsp. Another 40-50 minutes. Once finished add mixed olive oil, wasabi and matcha. Mix well.

Lemonade: 4 lemons | 1 QT Water | 1/2 cup sugar

Triple Berry Sparklers:

For the berry ice cubes: 1 1/4 c. coconut water 1/3 c. blueberries 1/3 c. raspberries 1/3 c. chopped strawberries

For the drink: 2 Tbsp. honey 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice 3 (12-oz.) cans seltzer Combine all berries in coconut water freeze for 4 hours+ In pitcher, combine honey + lime and lemon juices. Stir. Then add seltzer

Glow Water: 3 cans seltzer water

Cucumber mint: 1 cucumber, cut into 1/2" rounds 3 sprigs mint 1 lemon, thinly sliced

Peach ginger: 1 peach, sliced Ginger, skin removed and sliced into rounds 1 cinnamon stick

Strawberry lime: 3 strawberries, halved 1 lime, thinly sliced


Hot Butterscotch Milk 4 cup milk, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp butter, cinnamon Med saucepan, medium heat the milk. 6-7 minutes. Do not boil. Stir and add all. Remove heat, server and top with cinnamon / whipped cream. Will make ya sleepy


Banana Tea: Boil banana and/or peel. Great sleep aid

Lavender Milk Tea: 1 tablespoon lavender bud/flower | 1 cup water | 1 tea bag (earl, black green) | 1 cup milk | 1 tablespoon honey. Boil water then add lavender. Strain, add tea bag and infuse. Heat milk up gently, combine all together

Pine needle tea: 1/2 cup fresh pine needles (from safe species like Eastern White Pine, Scots Pine, or Norway Pine) | 2 cups water | Honey + Lemon. Chop needle, boil water, seep and add flavors

Starbucks Pink Drink: 2 bags hibiscus-based tea, 2 fresh strawberries sliced, 1 cup white grape juice, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1 Tbsp simple syrup, Ice Bring 1/2 cup of water to boil. Pour into container, add tea bags and steep 10 minutes. Discard bags, refrigerate tea 15 minutes. Cocktail shaker, combine all together and shake.


Watermelon Agua Fresca: 6 c. seedless watermelon chunks (from ½ small watermelon), plus small wedges for garnish 6 Tbsp. sugar 1/3 c. fresh lime juice 1/3 c. water

Combine watermelon, sugar, lime juice, and ⅓ cup water in a blender. Puree until smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve immediately, garnished with mint sprigs and watermelon wedges, or chill for up to 3 days in advance.

Apple Cider - 10 apples, 1 orange, 4 cinnamon sticks, 1 tbsp Allspice, 2 tbpl nutmeg, ½ cup brown sugar. *Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 2 hours.


Italian Soda: 1 & 1/2 oz flavored syrup, 8oz club soda, 1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half Fill glass with ice, add syrup then soda annd top with cream

King of the Cowboys: 2 oz grenadine, 12 oz Cola, Maraschino cherries

Rosemary-and-Ginger Mule: 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup rosemary sprigs, 1 can non-alcoholic ginger beer, 1 tbsp lime Bring water, sugar and rosemary to boil, stir. Remove heat let cool 30 mins Pour through a strainer. Store in glass jar Stir together beer, rosemary syrup and lime juice in copper mug with ice


Vanilla Peach Smoothie: 2 cups yogurt | 1/2 cup Orange juice | 1/2 tsp vanilla extract | 1/2 Banana / 2 cups Peaches


Orange Cream: 2 Cups Orange juice | 1 cup yogurt | 1 cup ice | 1 Banana


Blueberry Lemon: 2 cups Blueberries | 1 Banana | 2 tbsp lemon juice mixed with 1/2 cup orange juice, slight honey/sugar
